About Us
Aiken Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit, Emergency Medical Service agency that operates with-in the E911 system in Aiken County, South Carolina. Aiken Rescue has been providing care to the community since 1970. In addition to providing 911 emergency medical care, we also provide NHTSA-certified car seat inspections and installations, Advanced Life Support ambulance coverage for community events, Emergent and Non-Emergent transports.
As the only volunteer non-profit agency working inside the E911 system, we have a unique view of what it means to give back to our community. Since 1970, Aiken Rescue has held many different roles in this community including Blood Hounds, Search and Rescue teams, and Vehicle Extrication duties just to name a few. While our primary mission now is providing Emergency Medical Care and transportation for the sick and injured, our core values and commitment to serving you have never changed, Our members pride themselves on maintaining high standards in the medical field.

Aiken Rescue is a recognized 501(c)(3) organization supporting Aiken County. Our primary mission is to provide the highest quality emergency medical care for our citizens day in and day out. In addition to that we provide services for community events with local schools, businesses and foundations. Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve conditions.
